Family Aerial Yoga and Coping Skills - This is an aerial yoga class for children ages elementary school and up. It is required that an adult or responsible adolescent also book with the child. You will need to reserve as many spots as you have members of your family attending. We will begin class in the hammock in a "cocoon" and then move through other stretches and inversions (note that no one is ever required to do aerial inversions). In addition to yoga, we will be practicing other coping skills, including deep breathing, mindfulness meditation, and grounding throughout the class. This is a great class to move our bodies, relax our minds, and see that coping skills practice can be a lot of FUN! I will file insurance for clients and their family members as a therapeutic skills group. I am currently keeping this class closed to families I personally know or have worked with.

Mind Body Aerial Yoga I - Using an aerial yoga
hammock as a prop, Paige guides students through a
series of breathing techniques, mindfulness meditation,
and deep stretches.
Aerial yoga combines traditional yoga poses with
step-by-step instructions on how to safely carry out
stretches and inversions using the hammock as a prop. Students are not expected to try an inversion if they are
not comfortable doing so. No experience necessary- beginners welcome! *See notes below for more info regarding
restrictions and considerations.
Mind Body Aerial Yoga II - Aerial yoga combines
traditional yoga poses with step-by-step instructions
on how to safely carry out stretches and
inversions using the hammock as a prop.
Inversions involve turning upside down or
bringing the head below the heart. This can
stimulate your nervous system and bring
more oxygen and blood flow to the brain.
Inversions can also boost metabolic rate,
strengthen and generate mobility to the joints,
create high energy levels, work the core,
revive the lymphatic system, and help with circulation. Michelle’s class is beginner friendly
(no experience necessary) but involves more inversions
and is faster paced than our Aerial Yoga I class.
Class is limited to six for this reason.

restrictions and considerations.
Mind Body Breath - Paige will guide you to connect
your breath with movement and utilize mindfulness
meditation during this yoga practice. This is a gentle,
trauma-informed yoga practice. Breathing techniques
have an immediate effect on our mind and bodies
by altering the pH of blood, changing our blood
pressure, and dampening the production of harmful
stress hormones. Join us as we move our bodies
and relax our minds.
No prior yoga experience is necessary.

movement. Exploring individual postures builds
confidence and familiarity while more experienced
students can refine fundamentals of alignment and
explore deeper sensations.
Mind Body Flow (PM class) - Alex’s class moves at a
slowed-down pace which allows students to focus on
holding postures longer and refining their form.

for years, this class is taught to yogis of any level.
Students will be offered options and modifications
that allow each yogi to practice at their own pace.

and with breathing mindfully, as we practice attaining
a balance between physical activity and peaceful reflection

that will help them with different life situations, like
how to handle stress using the breath, how to release
anger and other useful tools to bring yoga to their life.
Fun atmosphere.
Mind Body Vinyasa - Theresa's yoga class moves at
a slow flow pace. Vinyasa yoga is the stringing
together of poses using the breath to move from one
pose to the next.
The focus on the breath is to keep you in the
present moment, quieting the busy mind,
creating serenity. Theresa
leads the class at a slow flow pace to connect
with the body and to completely understand the
yoga poses. Her focus is for everyone to
feel comfortable and confident throughout the
class so that you receive all the physical,
mental and emotional benefits of yoga.
Beginners welcome!
Restorative Aerial Assisted Yoga
& Sound Bath Meditation - This class combines
mat yoga with the Aerial Hammock positioned
low to the ground allowing for a deeper restorative
stretch with the support of the hammock as a prop.
Michelle incorporates light touch and essential oils
to enhance wellness and reduce stress. (Note that
students have the option to opt out of touch in class).
Beginners welcome. After a 40 minute practice,
the remaining 30 minutes will be dedicated to a
relaxing sound bath meditation. A Sound Bath
is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening
experience that intentionally uses sound to invite
gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative
processes to nurture your mind and body. The sounds introduced are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from
external stimuli, and to gain perspective on what’s
going on within you. The goal of the experience is to
invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore
self-inquiry and self-discovery, to reduce stress
and anxiety.
Mind Body Yin - No matter whether your job involves
being on your feet all day, sitting at a desk for
hours on end, chasing your kiddos around or
shuttling them back and forth to school and
basketball practice, Yoga can help you release the
tensions that build during the work week grind.
Join Audra for 75 minutes of yoga designed to
support all that life asks of our body. A Yin Yoga
based class (with a splash of Yang) can help release
the negative impact of our commitments from the
work week and open us up to the fun the weekend
has to offer.
*Note there is a 250 lb. weight limit for the
aerial hammocks. If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, vertigo, eye diseases (such as glaucoma),
or are pregnant please consult your doctors
before trying inversions.
