We all know that practice makes progress, and that’s where Mind Body Knox comes in. Our goal is to provide a structured time and space for individuals and families to come together to practice in a small group setting that educates and empowers.
We have expertise staff equipped to teach evidence-based skills to assist with coping, relaxation, stress management, and emotional regulation. We strive to make the classes at Mind Body Knox accessible for all members of our community. We are excited to help support growth and healthy changes in individuals in Knoxville and beyond.
